  I have bought produce and meat here a few times, as it's often cheaper than other places in town. I'm not sure if McKay's butchers their own meat, but their packages of chicken look like they are cut with a pair of scissors. The breasts often have several hunks hanging off of them that aren't visible until you get the pieces out of the package. It's often difficult to find fresh produce here. I had to go to a different store the last few times I attempted to buy apples and jalapenos here because I couldn't find any that weren't bruised/wrinkled/almost ready to start rotting. I will say that they have a great gluten free/organic section, and competitive prices on their groceries.
